The Sanger Family Vineyard and Olive Grove is home to the only exclusively planted Lucca olive grove in the United States. Spanning 10 acres in the picturesque Santa Ynez Valley, we cultivate 1,700 olive trees. Our flavored olive oils are made by pressing Arbequina olives directly with fresh ingredients—garlic, basil, truffle (sourced from Italy and France), and jalapeño—rather than using infusions, ensuring their vibrant, authentic flavors.
