100%  Malbec - Sanger Estate Vineyard Malbec. While pretty uncommon in our region as a varietal wine, Santa Ynez Malbec friut is typically seen blended with other Bordeaux varietals as a backbone or base for the blend. Our Malbec offers many qualities you simply cannot achieve in wines made from Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon alone. While all three varietals offer a rich palate with tons of flavors and aromas, Malbec tends to yield a softer tannin structure than the rest of it's family, and is wonderful without blending. Pair with a blue cheese burger, or herb crusted and roasted lamb chops.
