2021 Consilience Cabernet Franc - Santa Barbara County

In Stock
Cabernet Franc is a parent grape to both Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Our first vintage of Cabernet Franc offers aromas of cranberries, green bell pepper, and mint. The palate is a classic Bordeaux syle with hints of cedarwood, and blueberry. Because of its higher acidity, Cabernet Franc is an ideal pairing with grilled meats and strong cheeses.
