To walk among the olive trees during harvest is to subject yourself to a barrage of sounds. Olives are far more difficult to harvest than grapes. Clusters of low-hanging grapes offer an economy of motion for the pickers. Olives don't hang in bunches and must be removed from the tree individually. Trees can grow to large proportions, resulting in a harvest that is labor-intensive, to say the least. Our crew is up to the task.
