Arneis, meaning "little rascal" is a white grape varietal that shares its' native land with Nebbiolo in the Piedmonte region of Italy. Like Nebbiolo, Arneis is notoriously difficult to grow and subsequently vinify (hence the name). It is an emerging hit, as it is similar to Chardonnay and Verdelho.
