The Cinque Terra combines Bordeaux and Tuscany, a blend that mimics all the best qualities of the Super Tuscan style Cielo Rubio, while having its own unique characteristics from the more intense Bordeaux varietals. On the nose you’re immediately greeted with blueberry, light mint, bell pepper, and olives. The Bordeaux varietals (specifically the Cabernet Sauvignon) give this wine a bold palate with hints of spice and dark fruit.
